Six Days...!

Mar 11, 2007 13:25

Now that Agumon and Tailmon have journals of their own, it's harder for Hikari and me to divide our time for the computer-so, I asked Tou-san and Kaa-san if either one of them could afford laptops for my birthday; if not for me, then for Hikari next month. Though, it's really something to think about-twenty yearsSora, Yamato and I were all born on ( Read more... )

You just LIKE putting it in my face, don't you?

I don't MEAN to put the pie in your face; there's just a big bullseye right there whenever the subject of our birthdays come up. XD

Besides, you got a car before I did! Shouldn't that give you a reason to grin and let me have my 15 minutes of glory?

Sure, sure you don't. You do it on PURPOSE.

... yeah, well. I'm Yamato.

...Or, do I? XD

Exactly. And I'm Taichi.

¡Felicidades! (Early, I know)

Six days... that means your birthday is on the 17th, right?

¡Genial! That means it'll be on a Saturday! No school that day! (or is it?).

I've read that once you reach 20 in Japan you are considered an adult. Is it true? Does that mean you'll be free to do everything you want to? Like drinking and driving? Joining the army?

I remember when my brother Martín turned 18 (adult age in México) he got so drunk! But he makes a pretty fun borracho!

There should be school that day, but I plan on...skipping a few classes on Saturday, if you know what I mean Rosa. XD

Yeah, it's true; you're considered an adult at the age of twenty in Japan, but I'm not gonna go wild just because I can. And I really can't see myself joining the army!

...What's a borracho, btw? o.o;

I know what you mean. I'd totally do the same! :D

Oh, so you're the responsible kind of guy. That's very nice! After all, you're the leader (and a role model for us younger chosen).

(Oh God, I just totally sounded like my aunts and uncles!)

Borracho means drunk :D

Meaning you'd do the same on your birthday? Suggestion-try not to get caught. :D

Exactly; I'm the responsible guy now-though if you'd seen me when I was younger, you probably wouldn't say that. XD

Yeah-I'm sticking to my method of drinking: 2-liters of sodas.

Twenty years . . . the noble leader is becoming grown up! ;)

Does this mean that you qualify for the phrase "old as dirt?" ;)

Yeah...hard to believe that around 8 years old or so, my sister and I met a Greymon who had originally hatched from an egg in our home. XD

...Say what?! If anyone's qualifying for that phrase, it would be Yamato!

Don't worry, Taichi-sempai, you'll never be old to me! Maybe-uh...' well seasoned'.

Thanks, Daisuke! Knew I could count on you when the going gets tough.

'Well-seasoned,' huh? That sounds like it could fit really well! XD

Hello Mr. Yagami! It has been years since I last saw you. How are you? Is Agumon well?

It is good to hear of you even if we only knew each other for a short time. I look forward to seeing you when we visit for the festival.

Hey, Floramon! Yeah, it's been quite a while since we last saw each other. I'm doing okay, and so's Agumon; he even has his own LJ like I do.

You and Catherine are coming to Japan for the hanami?! We'll see you there, then!

I too look forward to our meeting. <3
