um it depends, sometimes I go through icon communities. but other times I find myself just browsing through people icons, when I find one I like I go and check out more from the person who made it ^_~ I've got a rather large stash of icons from various fandoms on my computer.

I could send some to you if you're interested [Fandoms covered: Doctor Who, Final Fantasy, Supernatural, Stargate: SG-1/Atlantis, Firefly] I keep a list of the people who made them too

Ooh, ooh! That would be so fantastic! And you should know, I am a total sucker for anything Daniel Jackson, or with the Doctor in it (esp. no. ten). Oh! And Firefly! It so sucks they canceled that!
