Ever since watching Gladiator all those years ago I've really been a fan of just about everything Hans Zimmer has touched. But the more I've heard the more I think he lacks creativity. Certain part of the music from Gladiator he pulls over into other movies...not knowing the language of music I think I could possibly have a really hard time

yeah but it's one thing for music in a series of movies to be similar creates continuity and the like. I think it's another for movies with absolutely no relation to have similar music to them.

I realize that Hans hit on something great with Gladiator [could have been before that even but I'm not aware of it] that music really works for fight scenes and the entrance of Jack ^_~

the lack of total originality may bother me on one level, but not enough to stop listening ^_~
