If I were you, I would tell her face-to-face. Some people like complaining others, but they themselves are the most annoying one X( Hope you can get rid of this problem soon for the sake of your exam.

I tried to talk to her few times, mostly about her being so messy
She always says she will change, but I haven't seen any changes... -___-
Yeah I hope I can just ignore this and study more for my exam :D
