Yes, Juri has changed a lot (and not to the worse) lately...I just recognized that as I rewatched an Episode from last years SC, where he was almost two heads shorter..

Good question, I don´t know it. It seems Myuto has parted some time longer ago from HHJ, because in the recent Junior Calender he isn´t already featured as member anymore, but Jesse is. But on the other hand I think I have seen Myuto on SC since then doing backdancing, but I haven´t seen Jesse at all for some time.

in the Junior Calendar I've got today we can see also Shoon Yamashita. But he did left Johnny's in rush and they had no chance to replace him. ABC-Z not exist also I think. Only ABC stays alive.
