Obviously you know I'm vegetarian. I don't tend to cook very interesting things, but you should definitely talk to Amber about it.
If you're doing it mostly for health reasons then it makes sense to try it and see how it seems to treat you. I know people who react very differently to vegetarianism. I've definitely heard of a number of people who've tried vegetarianism and found themselves feeling lethargic, probably from not getting enough protein. It is important to look for alternate sources of protein (cheese, eggs, nuts, beans, etc) if one isn't eating meat. I tend to get too much of my protein from cheese, which really isn't good for me.
