Ah man, I've had such a great week. The whole truck driving thing is going awesome. :D Right now I'm hanging out in a motel for three days while my trainer has home time and it is so lovely. I MISSED YOU SO MUCH, INTERNET. *KISSY FACE

Texas is huge indeed! And armadillos. GOD armadillos! See, their instincts tell them to *jump* when a car is approaching-- they'd probably be fine if they learned to belly flop instead.

Knowing where you and your vehicle are while moving: useful ability. :) people use that all the time in smaller cars without realizing it. Proprioception at work. XD awesome when you realize you're using it, isn't it?

Whatever it is, it's cool! I never had quite this ability in smaller cars, but I guess that's because I never spent hours and hours driving before. XD

In Texas, we use armadillos as mile markers.
