Think positively and positivity will follow you.

Any time I’ve been in a bad situation where I start freaking out, I immediately stop myself as soon as I realise it. I proceed to only think good thoughts and thoughts as if nothing has happened.

What do I mean by this?

I guess you're right! I believe that when it comes to happiness, it's all in your head...I mean, you could either sit around getting all depressed 'cause something/someone bad happened to you and life's so unfair, or you could try to see things more positively....If you concentrate on the good aspects, you end up feeling more satisfied with everything...
