Why do I make the same mistakes over again? I feel like i'm walking in circles.

Oh by the way I've stopped smoking ciggarettes. I haven't had one in a few days. For the past 3 or 4 weeks the most i'd allow myself is 2 cigarettes in one day, but that was only if i was stressed or just really craving one, so basically i'd usually only smoke one or none at all.
and I hope this lasts for a looooong time...
