What were your symptoms? I am 4 years out and am having some new problems so I wonder if it is something similar.

Thanks.

Hey, yeah I'm 4 yrs out too and the symptoms had actually been going on for awhile, but didn't get super bad until a month or so ago. I started having little "attacks", almost like with a gallbladder attack, but it was in the upper-central part of my stomach...then sometimes I'd get really hot and throw up (I hadn't *one* time since surgery...so I knew something was wrong there, lol) I also dry heaved and "frothed" a lot..ick. I don't know how to describe the pain, but I told him it felt like a mix of a "charlie horse in the stomach"/when you take a drink of something and it goes down the wrong tube, lol. Now I'm wondering if my original weightloss surgeon was aware of this staple and just left it there. He did a scope when he did my gallbladder surgery, and said everything was fine. hmmm. =/
