Um. Nika said TackeyxChinen would be, and I quote, "awesome".
Title: Young Enough to Know Better
Pairing: TackeyxChinen
Rating: I'd feel creepy giving that pairing anything less than PG-13
Summary: Tackey takes advantage of a situation only to be thwarted by Tsubasa.
Furthermore: I have no morals anymore. Either that or I'm really bored and there's no tattoo place within walking distance. I love the idea of Tackey's pick-up line being "C'mere, give Senpai a hug." *is a giant perv*
Young Enough to Know Better
When Chinen tripped over his own pant leg and went sprawling across the floor, his only thought was that he wished he hadn't taken so long to change after dance practice (he'd somehow gotten his head stuck in the sleeve of his teeshirt as he tried to remove it) and told the others to go on ahead without him, because the one thing that could make having to pick up and repack an entire backpack's worth of stuff from where it had spilled out across the floor was having to do it alone.
He was still naive enough to consider it good fortune when Takizawa-senpai appeared out of seemingly nowhere, exclaiming, "Ouch, that's gotta suck! Need a hand there, kiddo?" and kneeling to help collect the scattered articles.
"Th-- thanks, Senpai," Chinen murmured, trying not to stare. He'd never actually seen Takizawa-senpai up close before, and he was a little intimidating, though Chinen couldn't figure out why.
"No worries," Takizawa replied with a large grin, shoving the last of Chinen's notebooks into his backpack and righting it. "There, all better!"
"Thank you, Takizawa-senpai." Chinen managed a shy smile as he made sure his backpack was securely zipped up.
Takizawa's grin broadened. "Aww, you're just as cute as everyone says. C'mere, give Senpai a hug."
Chinen could only manage an astonished squeak as his tiny frame was swept up into a cuddling embrace by Takizawa-senpai's strong arms.
"Cute as a button," Takizawa mused in pleasant agreeance with himself, tilting his head to regard Chinen for a moment before pressing a quick kiss to the end of his nose.
Chinen may have been tiny, cute, and fluffy, but he was still nearly fourteen and quite intelligent for his age. He had a solid idea of what was and wasn't appropriate in various situations, and was fairly sure this was appropriate just the other side of never. Well, he was just going to have to say so.
He took a deep breath and swallowed hard. "Um. Senpai," he began. "I don't think--"
"Takizawa Hideaki, step away from the Junior and keep your hands where I can see them!"
Takizawa started guiltily and Chinen managed a squeaky sigh of relief as they turned in unison to discover Tsubasa leaning against the doorframe, arms folded sternly and looking less than impressed.
"But he's so cute--" Takizawa began, but was cut off.
"Tackey!" Tsubasa frowned. "What have I told you about molesting Juniors?"
Takizawa paused to think, and Chinen took this as a good opportunity to put a little space between himself and his senpai. "Um, do it as often as possible because some of them are just scrumptious?" Takizawa tried, snaking one arm around Chinen's slight frame and reaching the other up to wind his fingers in Chinen's hair, eliciting another sharp squeak.
"No," Tsubasa corrected impatiently, "that's what you-- Oh, never mind. Just drop the kid before I track down Nakajima and tell him. Word is he's an aspiring you, what do you think of that."
Takizawa released Chinen with a pout, sighing, "Fine, fine. You never let me have any fun. I didn't mean any harm, you know that. You know that, right, Chibi?" He loosened his grip, allowing Chinen to retreat back to where his backpack had been discarded with a nervous half-nod.
"Tackey, we're leaving. Now," Tsubasa ordered, and Takizawa exited the room pouting childishly and dragging his feet, Tsubasa following after pausing to make sure Chinen was all right and give him his pager number, 'in case... well, just in case'.
Chinen sat on the floor a moment longer to sort out his thoughts. He had been wrong -- there were definitely worse things than having to repack his knapsack by himself.
I am living vicariously through fic!Tackey.
