YOU GUYS, LET'S TALK ABOUT FEELINGS. (Have you ever noticed that when I talk about ~feelings~ it's either a Thursday night, 'cause lately Thursdays bum me out, or early in the morning? That one's usually 'cause I couldn't sleep all night so I thought about stuff I don't like about my life. Or whatever. So yeah

I don't have any delusions of being appealing in that kind of way; I'm an optimist, sure, but I'm realistic.

That is such crap. You're smart, funny, talented, and you have pretty awesome hobbies, if I do say so myself. Looks and inexperience shouldn't be a factor in your happiness at all. If you want to find someone, you should do it.

T- thank you! I kind of have a long-standing history of thinking of myself as dim, awkward, and untalented, so my brain is having trouble reconciling your description with my mental image of myself, but. For you to say that means so much to me! To be honest I think I've always sort of assumed other peoples' perception of me is basically the same as my perception of myself, except magnified/worse.

Ahh, I'm not really sure what I'm trying to say. (Actually I feel a little like a kid who's been scolded, haha.) But. Thank you. ♥
