Okay so I was reading Shinsengumi Imon Peace Maker but then I got to around chapter 22 and realized I LIKE THESE CHARACTERS AND I FEEL LIKE BAD THINGS ARE GOING TO HAPPEN SOON and still can't bring myself to keep reading

I. I WILL START READING AGAIN. AT SOME POINT. I'm about to run out of scanslated chapters, though, so I'm kinda =/ about it. I can probably slog my way through it raw, since I think there's furigana, plus actual history to the rescue!, and then I can pick up PMK and probably puzzle out whatever I didn't understand, but. It's going to break my heart and it's going to do it in a language I don't really understand, basically. ;_;

PMK at least was scanlated, though! ...I thought! *checks* Okay, just volumes 1&2, but there are text translations of 4&5 around here somewhere. (5 is, if I recall correctly, the Hijikata-Okita backstory volume.) Someone over at free_manga says she's got scanlations of 3-5 but I don't have time to check. And then you hit hiatus-ville!

Back to Suzu: Suzu will be more traumatized than Subaru but with less cause, while you will be about as traumatized as both of them, with plenty of cause. XD

lol oh dear, it sounds like my manga-finding skills are going to get a good workout, but the story is so good omg I really can't complain. And the fruits of my labours will be, I assume, a five-year-old cliffhanger and lack of an ending, alskdhg oh yay. Maybe I'll have to take an inter-series/season? break to heal my soul with Hikaru no Go or something. x_x
Suzu: WHY DOES IT SOUND SO APPEALING WHEN YOU SAY IT?
