Can I ask what programs you used? I usually use VirtualDub and Imageready, but if you've got a better idea I'd love to know!

Better late than never XD

I use a program called VidGif for the first set of gifs. It works pretty good for long vid clips, but for shorter ones they look kinda choppy(?) lol. I like it cuz I can resize the gifs to any size.

The smaller gifs are from an online site called gifninja. I like it cuz they play smooth, but they only come in the one size
