whew I do feel better, I'm still scared to look to the right but there's a window to my left and the cat is eating. Things are A-OK. *ggls* god.

A Maglight is your friend. It's the flashlight brand that police use; it lights the way brilliantly and is hefty enough to *THOK* someone on the head with. It comes in red and I have a little one by my bed.

When I was a kid, I wouldn't get out of bed at night because there were alligators in the hallway, and sometimes a bear in the closet.
