Long Ass Week

Well im surprised I lasted this week with Cross Country and Band Camp. I mean Davis has gone crazy the first day of practice this year he made us do our course and have it timed yesterday we did hills and my back, hip, and ankle are all screwed up and its all on my right side now tell me thats not messed up but i dont want to say anything to Davis
