The Torchwood bases are from The Institute.

Ha! These are great! Well done. I never made icons before either - this is my first ever ;) I like the Wood-Mobile ones a lot! Can I snag one, please?

Thanks! It was PaintShopPro Photo XI, just what the new computer brought up automatically when I opened bases I'd snagged from kind folks. I had another go, looky, I can change font colour now, LOL. And I got the hang of rotating the text, that was hard, haha. My skill knows no bounds ROFL. I'm a fanfic writer, but Torchwood has turned me into an icon maker and an asiring vidder *rolls eyes*.

ah ive used microsoft picture it, which was on my computer from when i did our holiday photos!
i must say, i prefer making icons!
making icons is too addictive!
