If you find a download of that comment and you're able to see it bigger, there's a couple times where you see into Zero's mouth and it looks like some of his teeth are missing. :(

Yup, apparently he's missing quite a few teeth, so he doesn't smile with teeth.

Oh really? I did see something in the video but it's not good enough quality.

I wonder why he doesn't get implants or something since he seemes so nervous about it. :(

What a bummer. D: I have teeth issues too, and I can understand the whole, 'smile with your mouth closed' thing. He's still adorable tho. ^^
