(This was sort of asked before, but the answers were mostly in non-English ;My friends and I are going to Japan for two weeks mid-June of 2010. We are wondering how we can look up information for who/when/where for lives and how to buy tickets for them. It is our dream to see Despa live, and we are also interested in seeing other bands ( Read more... )

That's quite a way off so I don't think many bands will have such info up yet but when I went in October I found the visunavi schedule was my best friend before going so I could plan which lives and bands to see lol, even adding new lives or new bands to lineups whilst I was still there. Of course there's always band ohp's and when you're over there livehouses will have their own schedule magazines out.

As for tickets best I can suggest is buy through a service or friend (if they are in Japan) for bigger/popular bands with tours buy before you go to make sure you have a ticket (get them in presale if you can especially because most tickets are a lottery system and you're let in the venue by number and letter. I got A5 presale ticket for my fav bands live through presale so was able to be in second row |D but it is all down to luck unfortunately), then buy tickets for smaller bands/events at like an edison/zeal link/lawson or even on the door at the livehouse.

I`m in the Despa fanclub and live in Japan,
If you´re willing to pay some kind of "fee" (for being nice :p and travel cost to bring you the tickets) for me, I can order Despa fanclub tickets for you if they will have concerts in that time. And with the rest, I think I can help you out as well.
