Just trying to breathe and handle today and each moment with a clear and rational mind. Which is very hard to do right now. Ok so time to come clean because I can't handle all of the deception and evasiveness that I've become so comfortable with using lately

hm. so this is a hard one to give advice on. If they've remained good/close friends, I would see if maybe he could talk to her and figure out why she's doing this and see if he could put a stop to it. Nothing is REALLY going on between u guys other than the fact that ur friends, and u talk to each other. And he's right about the work thing, they can't tell him who he can and can't talk to/hang out with OUTSIDE of work. If they ask u...or him about it...just make it clear that ur ONLY friends, there's nothing going on between u two. Other than the fact that u like him, but that's truly not a factor in this. I wouldn't worry too much unless the rumors got out of control and were completely untrue, something like u guys were having sex or something. THEN I would start to worry. But again, if he can put a stop to those rumors NOW...he should definitely try since it is his ex and they're still friends or...whatever. I think that's the best advice that I can give?? Lol. I try.
