mike as we grow up we are taught colors, trust me, i have gone through it twice with the boys i babysit. You get taught that "this ball is orange" and "that star is yellow". You and i are able to identify that color and name it. Colorblind people have more difficulty, because they cant identify some colors. So no, not every could be colorblind, because your red is my red.
