oh, and why dosent true love exist? does love not exist at all except for a strange human concept based on a number of chemical reactions in the body? im not saying i agree or disagree im just filed with curiosity :)

need-complementary hypothesis: friendships formed based on ability of each party to satisfy needs of another? also, the needs are different?

With the needs complimentary relationship the friendship doesn't have to be formed bcoz of their need complimenting eachother, it may develop into a relationship where one party is trying to get more from the other or one is trying to give more.

- ingratiation - unsatisfying relationship where one is not happy with what they are getting, demanding more and not getting what they want wen they want it. One may self-centered and not think clearly to see that the other has other things in their life other than them.

- indepdendence vs. dependence ratio - one side wants more attention than normal. Where one demands more than the other can give, bcomes dependent on the other. One may want a little more indepndence and the dependent one sees it as a slight against them - when it isn't etc
