Spamming you guys with my cooks. We rotate our food between Asian and European/American every other week or so. I enjoy asian cooking in particular for it's simplicity but diversity in flavor and ingredients. We are also lucky and live in a predominantly Asian area of Southern California and so there is no shortage of Asian grocers or eateries ( Read more... )

Do tell me about the boiled eggs I see. Are they soaked in something?

I've eaten eggs with a similar outside color at a ramen house and I loved the flavor of them. I've been trying to figure out how to replicate it!

These particular ones are soy sauce eggs but you may have also had tea boiled eggs. Both are easy to make and recipes abound. I have to add they are a lovely addition to many asian dishes C:.

Oh, wow, those cupcakes look awesome.

Actually, all of it looks awesome, and I don't even like sushi. You did an amazing job with the preparation and presentation!
