Mum, Ribs and general update

Still alive (although somewhat painfully) after my 'swandive' to the floor breaking several ribs. Not sure how many, as both the hospital, and my GP who I saw yesterday briefly when collecting a script agree that as the treatment is no different no matter how many are broken, there is no point in an xray (darn, I need xray film to back teddy bear ( Read more... )

Atazomite Mineral Powder, 1 tablespoon frozen in a tray of icecubes(ionization). Put the cubes in your water. Fresh lemon and grapefruit.

Soy yogurt (for relaxation) and Pinnaple whose bromelian helps all healing dramatically.

I have been wondering, what country are you in it sounds awesome?

I didn't manage to say this earlier -- but yikes, I hope your ribs mend very quickly! I had a partial rib removal as a child (to build a new trachea), and can faintly remember how miserable even breathing can be! I'm also very sorry about Enki... I don't even know what to say. Sure wasn't your month, was it ( ... )

Thanks for your caring, hope you have recovered from your 'borrowing' of my month! I agree with you about ribs, I've broken a few bones here and there over the last 47 years (the joys of having osteoporosis by the age of 32 that made my bones about the equivalent of the average 70 year old!), and I think ribs are the worst to break, for one thing you can't immobilise them, and after having accidentally rolled over and slept on the left hand side last night, even sleeping on them is a problem, which is not good ( ... )
