ok so i hate my life right now. now i know what you're going to think once i tell you this... "oh you should be happy, that's nice!, congrats!, why aren't you happy about this?" but you need to hear my side of the story before you tell me something like that...

I know exactly how you feel. My dad is crazy about these thechnical stuff. All TV's, and everything has to be the top quality. We had a PS2, but then he still had to get a PS3 which costs unbelivably much money... And now he buys all his DVD's in Blue Ray which only works with PS3 and are much more excpensive than normal DVD's.
He just spends his money on everything whithout thinking that he buys UNNECESSARY things we don't need!!
Well, at least he doesn't buy any big things like cars... Yet...
So yeah I knoe how you feel. You have every right to be upset about it. :)

ha. that sounds like our family. if it's not the "latest and greatest" then there's no point in keeping it around. i'll admit though, my dad has gotten better about "latest and greatest" because we still own the TV we've had for a long time now xD.
but yes i was pretty mad at them for doing this because it's totally unnecessay to buy 3 houses, 1-3 pieces of land, and 5 cars in my opinion. i don't really care if my dad wanted to go "eco-friendly" or not. you don't exactly need 5 cars to do that... you don't even need 4 cars to do that xD.
but yes... be thankful your dad doesn't go through cars yet... i'd be frustrated if my dad did that all of the time... i actually have relatives that do that... once the vehicle hits like, 30,000 miles, or something like that, they get rid of it! it's insane! xP.

Yes, I'm thankful of that... Hope he doesn't start with boats either, he loves them. Thankfully they're even more expensive than cars if you want a good one :D

ahaha that is VERY true xD. boats now-a-days are pretty expensive.. we don't live near any rivers or yacht clubs, so we don't own any thankfully xD.
