Just watched Supernatural 7.06 and there he was, Michael Hogan! As a guest star! Did I miss something? How was there not any news or blurbs about him making an appearance on the show?!? I've been dreaming for years that SPN can get him and they wasted him on such a small role? ::cry

He was Colonel Tigh from Battlestar Galactica, and I, like many fans, were quite impressed with MH's nuanced acting talent. :)

And funny you should mention it because I totally noticed they always pairing noted actors with Jensen! ;)

I do totally agree with you here. Jensen's chemistry with his costars is amazing, and it brought so much to a "simple" scene. Just thinking of him and Death in that diner gives me chills, and that's just one example.

Sometimes last season, I read a critic saying Jensen is a truly talented actor because his costars always appear more compelling in scenes with him than without. I happen to think the same too. :o)

IKR?! I was so disappointed when he got killed. For a brief moment, I thought maybe he would be a recurring character, but... *sadface*

I just don't understand when they get an actor with that acting caliber, why waste him like that?

I may be biased, but I think Michael Hogan is a great nuanced actor. In some ways, Jensen reminds me of him.

I'm so bummed his character got killed. :(
