So far so good
First events I run on my own completed. 3 seminars across 2 days. No I din put them together from start to end, kinda came in halfway again due to my holidays. But it was the first ones that I made sure it eventuated and on site on my own. (My manager was in attendance at the last one and running it with me assisting.) So, short term goal will be for the next similar event, me do it on my own, start til end! :)
