LOL! Oh France, he's so dramatic. xDD
U-um, if you would like, I have a suggestion for the last sentence if not, the next few sentences are merely a figment of your imagination! It might sound better as "enfuyez-vous à toutes jambes" or "enfuis-toi à toutes jambes" if you want it to be less formal.
LOVE this chapter! It's always really delightful when a US/UK fic doesn't solely focus on only America and England, but includes in-depth interaction with other characters. ♥ A-and, aww man, the IMing. ♥ You can really tell a lot about someone by looking at how they write and I love the way you've portrayed and developed each character through that medium.
Can't wait for the last chapter; GO GET HIM, AMERICA *exciteeeeed~!* ♥

I had always wanted to write about the US/UK relationship from an outsider's POV and play with the interactions and different perspectives, so I'm glad that's working for you. Canada suited that role perfectly, as someone important to both America and England but not emotionally blinded by the relationship. France just weaseled his way in with his flamboyant and not-so-subtle meddling XD.
Oh, America's going to get him all right. Because Canada would have serious words to say to him if he failed~

I have nothing much coherent to say to this chapter, except you go, Alfred! ♥

Yeah, that Youtube video. So much bromance in it. And the best thing is that it came straight out of America. No denial there, Alfred.
