Diversity Rescources - idea?

There are, periodically, rants about the lack of diversity in fandom fic (also in the make-up of fans but I'm not going there) and the complaints are frequently more than reasonable.

I can't say I'm at the forefront of 'being the change I want to see', though I do my bit as do many people.

But I was thinking ....

Just wanted to note that I don't know of any comm like that, and it does sound like an interesting and potentially superuseful idea.

Well, I didn't even know about femslash_today before this post, so thanks for that :)

I think it's a lovely idea, but unfortunately I'm pretty new to lj and not much help :(
