I don't understand people. I don't understand how they can do some of the things that they do. I don't understand how someone can go into the house where a 28 year old pregnant woman and her nine year old son are and stab them to death. I just don't fucking understand it.

It's better that we don't understand, Angie. Some things are not ours to make sense of, unfortunately. The person or people who did that horrible thing don't truly understand what they've done themselves. It is not a comfort, or a consolation to say that, I know. This is where we look to whatever Supreme Being we believe in and keep faith. Things get evened out in the end.

I can only add my prayers to Monica's for the bereaved family, as well as for the murderers. God will surely deal with them justly.
