I'm having a few issues with Tomos too... mainly lack of using the litter box. It's kept clean, there's one per cat, one doesn't have a lid in case that was the problem, 2 different types of litter... but no he still like to pee & poop where he feels like. I know he actually has no problem using the litter box because I've seen him do it! Yeah a little frustrating!

you can pop by the vet and get a diffuser and feliway, its a cat soothing pheremone. It seems to work for me in that it makes my cat more secure and more willing to confront the dog when they fight over the sides of the bed
