on the first look with the pink, what's the part that made ur eye base so white? Is it the NYX pencil?

Hey girl, quick question for you, because your makeup is always so flawless. Do you have a trick for getting your eyeliner so perfect, or is it just because of loads of practice? I can usually get it winged pretty evenly, but other times it's a hot mess. I was hoping you might share your secret, if you've got one.
