Oh my god, I know exactly how you feel. My parents seem like they're about the same as your's. All I have to do all summer is cross country, which is fun, but hard. I live in a small town, so everyone's the same and knows everyone or hates people from what they hear about them. I don't like summer, I miss school, too. But good luck getting out of your house. (: Try explaining that you're old enough to leave and are responsible enough to have freedom. That's what I did.
i guess that came out wrong. i'm not exactly confined, per se... it's just that i don't really have anywhere else to go. my friends are all doing other stuff. one's on a tour of the mediterranean. >.< the guy i have a massive crush on hasn't contacted me at all since school got out. i used to live in a small town... but now i just live in a suburb. which is actually worse.
I live in a really really small suburb. It's the smallest city ever, srsly. And I just don't have anywhere to go, either. Plus my parents want to know everything I do.
