Lovely little fic that I could totally see happening because Annie's wardrobe is really cute but not really work-appropriate for hospital admin (or forensic investigator) most of the time.

This was fantastic. I liked that you referenced Evil Annie wearing the red dress, but didn't have Jeff remembering that deter him from wanting to be with Annie. And her making the first move was just the icing on the cake.
