there might be a way to use rss or atom feeds. i've got my facebook using the rss from my blogger. i don't think LJ or myspace really like feeds since they want you using their proprietary blogs, but maybe there's a way to contain an rss feed within a swf in order to trick sites into displaying the feed without javascript?
for some reason i think i encountered something like that when i was learning actionscript for a while. if it's possible then you could just post the swf that auto updates your rss feed once on say a myspace blog and have it auto update. i really have no idea what i'm talking about. but i think it's possible anyway...
