36. What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you? Probably losing all of my academic credibility when I suggested that the Giza pyramids were older than originally thought to be... I was right in the end, though, so ah... it's a little less painful. Although I still can't meet face-to-face with most of the academic world anymore, even ten years later, because certain... specific things never really get forgotten, I guess.
93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime? My goal oversteps the limitation of a lifetime. I know I'll never accomplish it, but if I live my life pursuing it... I just want to see and learn all I can about the universe that we live in and how it got to be this way. Even after traveling through it for ten years and seeing things most people don't even dream of, watching wars going on between people, civilizations and false gods, just when I think I've seen it all... I know I haven't. And I know I never will. And somehow that's drive enough to keep me going.
You could probably answer most of these for me, but...
86. What is your greatest weakness? Ah... discovery. And to a lesser extent, coffee.
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like? I'm an only child, although Skaara was like a brother to me.
75. What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)? Yyyou can probably guess this one. A good book, work, movies... I actually do enjoy Cam's family stories on occasion. Don't tell him I said that.
22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? What I am now. Which is... more than I ever expected, really, and I'm grateful for it.
81. How do you deal with stress? I breathe, take some time alone to sort out my thoughts, then try to take everything one step at a time... it works. Usually.
77. How do you spend a typical Saturday night? Typical? ... At work.
23. As a child, what were your favorite activities? Traveling with my parents and learning about all the places we went, reading, asking questions.
