Today was an interesting day.  I woke up and went into the day feeling very optimistic, and yet by the time I left, I wanted to gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon.  I sat in the car as I was driving home, thinking and wondering why I was so miserable.  Usually going into work gives me a happy feeling, not one of negativity.  Then I thought about
