secondly. this comment made me tear up because i know exactly what you feel. i just want to give you a hug.

and then i read your #2, and i swear tears just sprung to my eyes again. it's such a trivial thing, you know? but it makes all the difference.

you're not stealing anything from my story. i WANT you to take this method and use it for your own. spread it around to anyone else who you know needs support. tell them that all they have to do is think and write down what they're living for.

the suicide lists worked for me last year, when i was having a very bad time. i hope it works for you too.
