With that said, yes, according to 189, Sakura from the Holic world is Shaoran's mother. And Shaoran comments on the similarity in 190. (笑)

CCS Sakura and CCS Syaoran had a child, who looks like his dad, and is going by under the same name, "Syaoran", although that is not his real name, if I remember well.

That child then travelled to Clow and fell in love with another Sakura.

I personally don't find it shocking at all, since it's totally not the same person as his mother. Chances are she might be the alternate version of her in another world, but that's still not the same person as his mom, even if they were to share a chunk of soul.
Of course, each person sees things a different way, so you might find it shocking that she looks like his mom. (Although seeing how old they were when they met, chances are she doesn't even looks the way he'd remember his mom.)
