Do you think the "Best of the Best" is considered a visualive ?

The ones from Gackt store are limited editions and come with freebies. The ones from CD Japan are regular versions.

I'm not too sure myself. I couldn't go for Best of the Best and if he really meant that's the last I'm going to cry. >.
