I use Picnik. It's online (www.picnik.com), and mostly free (except you have to buy Premium). It makes me happy.

Jillian's eyes in 74 are gorgeous. Did you enhance them, or were they really that blue? It's stunning. ^^

Thank you. They ended up surprising me, actually. >.<
I didn't actually do anything to her eyes specifically, actually. I did play around with the coloring for the entire thing, but no, I didn't make a conscious effort to change the color of her eyes. Yet they weren't that color originally.
