things went very well. i went to cici's w/my family and after that we went to my sister's apt. for cake and presents. my sister got me TWO CANS OF SILLY STRING!!!!! *evil grin* i then went to three shows in one night, all of them in northside. freakin' crazy.
btw check these guys out (Christian; shoegazer meets Anathallo). they're friends of mine and just signed to Lujo Records. they're amazing. www.myspace.com/pomegranatesart
Ow. Ow. Ow. My regular doctor told me about the time I hit 21 that testicular cancer was a really big concern, so I started paying a lot of attention to that neighborhood to make sure nothing was developing without my noticing. But, once you get into your upper 20s, the risk apparently drops off very quickly. So if you've missed the boat now, chances are it won't be coming back around again. And I'm glad to hear you're not dead and are somewhat OK. I, too, am not dead, despite what my friends keep thinking.
I'm male and was between the ages of 18 and 25. That's where the huge risk lies, according to my doctor. Initially it was slightly awkward, but that was also the first time I saw him (he took over the practice from my old family doctor).
I was thinking about you today while I was at work. I always complain that the gospels are too short. Then I thought about the waitress and her shoes at bob evans? Remember that? I do. Random acts of kindness seem like a good continuation to me. Glad your feeling better..I always enjoy reading your blogs.
