How come some days you can have an amazing day, then you come home and your parents flip out and you get in a bad mood?

This happened today. It was a good day at school. I come home, then forgot I had to bring something up to school, my mom came along for the ride. She was non stop telling me how bad I was driving, yellow lights, not fully stopping
