Fucking Weird Internet Finding
Ummmm, this is a pretty catchy little tune and the video is pretty weird as well. You really need to watch the whole thing. It's some kind of Polish Banjo Band, with a conch shell player, a kazoo, and a man with a piece of glass, so fucking weird.
