oh, Frank Chu sounds like quite an awesome guy. I think SF might be a little weirder than even LA. is that possible? it might be the weirdest place known to humankind.

there is a high Lunatic Quotient here, to be sure. people feel free to take the idea of self-expression to bizarre new levels. its part of what makes life here kinda cool. when it comes to absurdity, San Francisco beats them all. (even Belgium, which is saying something.)
