I think it's clear when you say "raws" you mean it's in their original language. But when you know you're talking about a manga, you know the original language is in Japanese. So...

oh yeah...that's pretty much confusing when they(the ppl) called it Chinese RAWs when the originating source is actually from Japanese.

I wonder who's the first person who named it as Chinese RAWs? (Was it because of the place where the books being printed and published?)

It's confusing, isn't it. Everyone in the scanlation world who translates JP > Eng all petpeeve and spread messages about this but it's like a fire that can never be put out lol.

I wonder too. But I highly doubt it's about how it's published. The weird thing is, they already know it's in CHINESE, not Japanese, so why still refer it as "raws" when Chinese isn't even the original language? D:

Nope. They actually say, "Chinese RAWs" when they know very well the manga is from Japan, and original language is Japanese.
