A first in a long time

It is a very rare occasion that I'm up this early. Each time this happens I get the greatest blessing of peace. It think it has something to do with the fact that I'm the only one up and there isn't any distractions going on around me or in my head

I've been searching for so long for inner peace and it seems like whenever I finally get close, something throws me out of it and once again I have to blindly find my way back
Eh, I know exactly what you're feeling here, I get trapped in the same rut only too often. I think it's all about finding a balance & maintaining it..if we persevere I don't see why we can't attain it!
