i say that you just talk things over with her and explain to her that she's more imortant than her brother.
she's just jealous that you want to spend more time with someone shes close to more than her.

you should hang out with her more often and not talk about her brother if you do already.
just give HER more time.

explain to her that you love and miss her and that she's more important in your life than her brother.
