But a fixed point nonetheless which, House would concede (but only under extreme duress bordering on torture), was good to know in these confusing times.
BEST one sentence summary of the house-wilson friendship I've ever seen!

Both the Doctor & House are in character and it's amazing. The dialogue of the Doctor is perfect; I'm picturing David Tennant; it's just brilliant. *squee* I love how House starts to write off the Doctor as just another drunk, decides to have a conversation and then dismisses him for the time-machine subject matter. but he still takes away the crux of the conversation: that while you can change, some things are set in stone and that even if you change, the people around you might not.
oh. naming Wilson as House's fixed point in nagging is hilarious. & I definitely agree with tania_sings that you nailed the House-Wilson relationship. ♥
Thank you so incredibly much, once again. I love this!

I am cackling like a crazy person right now. That was amazing. House's reactions to the Doctor and all of his thought processes were so realistic!
I also love how you wrote the Doctor. So in character with his manic charm and talking about things that poor House can't understand.
This was really fantastic!
