I guess I'll have to amend what I thought before - I don't normally like angst. But this was so well-written, so quietly moving, I'm so glad you chose to wrote it! The characterisation on both sides was fantastic, and Susan was spot on. The crossing out of references to Narnia is a lovely touch, it really helps you get a feel for Susan's mindset where she's not letting herself think about certain things. In short, amazing. I love it to pieces, thank you SO much for all the care and work you've clearly put into it.

'Nobody ever knew how much strength it takes to be gentle.' Favourite line of the entire thing, I think, and such a perfect glimpse into Susan's character.

This was wonderfully written. You did such a authentic job with Susan's grief. I love the feeling of hope it left me with.
